Old Cairo Tour also called Coptic Cairo. It is a sacred place in Cairo where you can visit Ben Ezra Synagogue, The Hanging Church and Amr Ibn El As Mosque all within a walking distance from each other. A place where all heavenly religious temples are represented. Ben Ezra Synagogue is the only Synagogue in Egypt that is open for visitors. Not too far away from Ben Ezra lies Abu Serga Church, where it was believed that Virgin Maria spend sometime during the holy family trip to Egypt. Also within the area is a Marguirguis Church and the Coptic Museum. Amr Ibn El As Mosque is believed to the the second Mosque built in Egypt and all of Africa. The area is reachable via metro line 1, get off Marguirguis Station and there is no entrance fees except to the Coptic Museum. Area is open for visits from 9am to 5pm.
